This class is for the student who is completing required PE credit. It is assumed that you will be actively engaged in a recreational activity three times a week during this class.

There is no textbook for this course.
There are no required materials for this course.
I suggest that you determine a schedule and time for which you will engage in your recreational activity. An example of what I mean would be choosing to do something active on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4 pm. If you approach this class in this way you will be far more successful at adhering to the requirement and actually completing the class.
You are graded on three categories in this course. They are:
- Fully participating in and logging your activity sessions
- Written and submitted reports on key skills and other factors necessary to successful participation in the stated activity
